FA5i-24MK1-12P1-CE is an Ingersoll Rand Infinity air winch for material handling, rated at 5,000 kg line pull on the top rope layer. This execution combines a 24-inch grooved drum, manual drum brake, automatic disc brake and Marine 812-X paint. Its quoted performance is based on 6.3 bar dynamic pressure at the air inlet.

Line pull and speed depend on the rope layer. The 5,000 kg rating is a top-layer line-pull value; it is not a declaration that every reeving arrangement or duty cycle is suitable. Supply pressure must be available while the motor is running, rather than measured only with the winch stopped. Pipework, hose length, fittings and other air users can reduce the pressure delivered at the inlet.
Full-drum storage and usable working rope length are different quantities. The manufacturer recommends limiting working capacity to 80% of the storage figure. Confirm the working travel, dead wraps, rope construction, reeving, take-off angle and allowable fleet angle for the installation. Wire rope is excluded unless it is expressly added to the approved supply scope.
The FA5i-24MK1-12P1-CE specification includes both manual drum and automatic disc brakes. Do not substitute data from an XK disc-brake-only execution when defining the brake arrangement. The quoted control is mounted on the winch; a remote pendant or other control option requires separate confirmation. The manufacturer’s quoted standard test procedure refers to 125% of safe working load. The documentation supplied with an actual unit defines its completed tests and acceptance records.

The reference drawings cover the FA5i family and include configurations beyond this model. Do not scale a website image for fabrication or use a family outline as an approved foundation drawing. Request the certified mounting dimensions, interface loads and execution-specific arrangement before installation. Confirm the environmental requirements and intended application during selection; the model suffix alone does not establish suitability for every hazardous area.
