The FA5i-24XK1GP1-CE is an Ingersoll Rand Infinity air winch with a rated top-layer line pull of 5,000 kg. This GP1-CE execution has a winch-mounted Lift and Shift throttle lever and automatic disc brake. The G drum guard and P1 Marine 812-X finish are included selections. P1 is a distinct finish specification: it must not be silently replaced with the basic P paint option used on other configurations. A remote pendant, J12 filter/lubricator, V press roller, U underwound arrangement or manual drum brake is not established by this model’s verified supply scope.
The specified CE/ATEX package includes a drum guard, overload protection, emergency stop, limit switch, exhaust muffler and the associated marking and documentation. Check the final marking and documents against the actual application. This family-level description does not establish a particular hazardous-area zone, gas group, temperature class, marine-class approval or third-party witness inspection for the ordered unit.
FA5i-24XK1GP1-CE performance is stated at 6.3 bar dynamic pressure at the inlet. Check pressure while the motor is running, not only at an upstream receiver with the winch stopped. Review supply-line length, fittings, hose bore and simultaneous demand from other equipment against the stated air consumption. The recommended supply hose is not part of the winch supply.
Rated line pull and line speed refer to the top rope layer. They must not be treated as constant across every layer. The manufacturer’s first-layer stall figure of 10,725 kg is a stall condition, not the rated working load and not a substitute for the 5,000 kg top-layer rating. Confirm the intended duty and installation arrangement before selecting a unit for the project.
Full-drum storage and usable working travel are different quantities. The manufacturer recommends working rope capacity of 80% of the full-drum storage figure. Confirm rope construction, winding, dead wraps, reeving and required travel for the actual installation; do not assume the nominal 410 m storage figure is available as working travel. Wire rope is not included unless explicitly added to the agreed order scope.
Provide the required working load, rope length, rope take-off direction, mounting orientation and installation temperature with an enquiry for FA5i-24XK1GP1-CE. Use the approved execution drawing to confirm mounting interfaces and clearances. The stated 0°C design temperature is not a claim of an unrestricted low-temperature operating range.
